These words have inspired and led Fiona on a path of personal growth and improvement that empowers others to learn. As a dedicated health care practitioner for over 30 years, she supports people of all ages through sharing her knowledge and influencing young co-workers to become the best they can be.
After completing the “Train the Trainer” certificate, Fiona joined a large international training provider instructing students setting out on their career path, in the year-long training required to become certified dental assistants.
While continuing the process of completing the Provincial Instructors Diploma, Fiona has also provided services as a client advisor in an employment resource centre. As a certified Myer-Briggs and Personality Dimensions facilitator, she is passionate about facilitating workshops that help clients better understand themselves and others.
Along the way, Fiona successfully completed the provincial “Leadership BC” community leadership program, which is recognized by both Vancouver Island University and the Provincial Chamber of Commerce.
Fiona’s friendly and relaxed facilitation style puts clients at ease, as captured by the many appreciative comments gathered from participant evaluations that can be found in her portfolio.
